As proud founders of the first NAIL BEAUTY CONGRESS and NAIL BEAUTY CHAMPIONSHIP in Serbia and the Balkans, with decades of experience in the nail industry, we are delighted to have pioneered a new direction in advancing our industry, witnessing its birth, growth, and blossoming In our roles as editors and organizers of the NAIL BEAUTY CONGRESS

At the NAIL BEAUTY CHAMPIONSHIP, we witnessed firsthand the power of community, teamwork, education, and innovation in products and services — which inspired our motto: “TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER!”

Healthy competition is a potent tool, and this industry has borne the most intense and effective fruits of this endeavor.

From artisans to educators, beginners to masters, passion, instinct, and vision have always been our driving force. We simply love professionals in our industry. NAIL BEAUTY CONGRESS and NAIL BEAUTY CHAMPIONSHIP are much more than mere organizations for us. For us, they are a theater, stage, circus, sanctuary, but above all, they are our project and our “home.”

Throughout decades of experience, we have encountered talented colleagues from the nail industry worldwide and gathered experiences and ideas for something we both desired, which was to elevate our industry to a higher level and give it the deserved position among other professions. Countless training sessions and seminars we have attended and organized ourselves have helped us enhance our careers and skills. It has also helped us in nurturing relationships, both personal and professional.

The nail industry can be a lonely place for some, but our motto “TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER!” aims to connect us all, to be together and progress together. Confidence is built through experience, career paths change, success is achieved, and wisdom is gained. Above all, NAIL BEAUTY CONGRESS and NAIL BEAUTY CHAMPIONSHIP are a friendly place. Our expert collaborators and judges work together to support and increase their presence, to strengthen and comfort participants and competitors, and to contribute to positive energy.

MEET OUR ORGANIZERS

IVANA TODOROVIĆ

She was born and raised in Belgrade.
Growing up in Belgrade, she always dreamed big and worked toward achieving those dreams. As a high school student, she chose the direction of women’s hairdressing at the beauty school, thus beginning her creative career. However, ar a very young age, she embraced and put her career on hold.
After a break and returning to her carreer, her interest quickly shifted to the world of NAIL ART, where she has remained ever since. Additionally, she earned a degree as a professional economics in management,applying these skills to advancing her career.
Since 2001, she has been part of the beauty industry.

Since 2011, she has been successfully working as a manicurist and nail artist.
Since 2018, ahe has been sharing her knowledge as an educator.

She has won many international competitions, and her favorite gold medal is from Nailympia competition in June 2024.

She is also an international judge at nail competitions.

Her special passion lies in extreme shapes and nail art.
Her life motto is: “Always build upon your knowledge, work hard, strive, belive in yourself and your dreams, and they will come true.”
She lives and works in Belgrade, where she owns her salon and educational center.
Since 2015, she been successfully organizing events in the event industry.

IVANA JANJIĆ ĐUKIĆ

Rođena je i odrasla u Novom Sadu.
Odrastajući u “Srpskoj Atini” uvek je sanjala velike snove i težila ka njihovom ostvarenju. As a high school student, she initially opted for economics; however, her interest soon shifted to beauty care, where she remained. At the beginning of her career, she performed all salon services, but very quickly decided to focus exclusively on NAIL ART.
Since 2000, she has been successfully working as a manicurist and nail artist.
Since 2009, she has been sharing her knowledge with others as an educator.
She has a special passion for extreme nail shapes.
Her life motto is: “Those who want, find a way — those who don’t, find an excuse.”
She lives and works in Novi Sad, where she is the owner of her own salon and education center.
